If your goal is to be more productive by spending less time on certain sites that steal your attention then you can consider using Chrome Visual History.
It is an extension for Chrome that shows about our surfing habits browser history in a neat looking pie chart.
To use it, just install it in your browser and select its icon to query about your habits. Charts are based on daily, weekly, monthly and all time.
Each site is identified by a colour, which gives us an idea of how frequently that website is visited. The chart only serves as a reference it cannot give any data about your surfing habits.
Chrome Visual History neither interferes in your browsing of websites nor blocks any website, but only shows how we spend our time on certain websites.
